One year ago the Mont Blanc

One year ago, I decided with friends to climb a high summit in the french Alpes. For the first time, I succeeded a 3400 meters summit.

In my father's garden.

My father is soon leaving this garden. I have been in this garden for 25 years. So I took some photos for the future. Only good moments spent.

Three choices, one possibility.

I do not know what to choose: Must I post this letter before phoning or playing a little money to the lotto game?

When I do not take photos, I try sometimes to paint. My inspiration may be a landscape or a people. It may also be the result of my imagination.

If the world was in Yellow

When I took this photo, it reminds me a dream I made. A world where everything would be of the same colour. Not in black and white, but in red, green ... and also in YELLOW ...

In this garden ...

It was somewhere in the center of France. This is the gardens of Eyrignac. I arrived in this place by chance. I was moved to see that this was carried out by one impassioned. For 40 years, he has worked to create and improve its garden "à la française". All is made of range of greens. The trees and the shrubs are cut to give geometrical constructions like alive sculptures.

In the Périgord.

Some images of the week that I spent in Périgord (French area of South-west). Here, it is the castle of Beynac. Built in the Middle Ages, to be restored. Located at 150 meters in top of cliff to the Dordogne river.

St Malo (France)

2 kilometres (1.5 miles) of ramparts that surround the walled town, from the Saint-Vincent Gate to the Saint-Thomas Gate.
I sailed 2 days with friends around the bay in september. Very nice.

Florence (Again)

I am not bored to contemplate the landscapes of Florence. It is even more beautiful view from far. At a few hundred meters of the center of the city, I discover the countryside very quickly. The light spouts out sky and floods the roofs of the city.

Four days at Florence

We arrived in the early morning by the train. A little fog and these brown and green colors which invade the eyes. I came several times to Italy and, each time I am filled with wonder by the landscapes. Here, it is the Arno river which crosses the town of Florence. With far away, the green on the hills... Soon, images of the city.

Visitor of the time.

Some brought back photos of Alsace (area of the east of France). It was in November. A soft weather, the clear horizon. A little effort to arrive in top of the mountain and to discover the castle. It was built in the Middle Ages and was restored at the beginning of the 20th century.

Houses in Paris.

While seeking well, I still find the countryside in Paris. Small houses built at the beginning of the 20th century. They are very small, and gathered in a district. When I walk there, I escape very quickly from the environment of the city.

Madeira island.

Some photographs of a very beautiful memory. An island marvellous, calm, with very varied landscapes. Here, it is the festival of the village; with flowers in the streets. It is nice (!!!!)for the cars which are condemned to remain at the garage.

Sunday at the Bois de Vincennes (Paris)

I run around the lake every saturday. Sunday, it was just for a walk. We are in winter: no leaves in the trees, the boats are on the ground waiting for a better weather.

Two things are very important for me. To write : about simple things of life. To see
